Who?
We are a group of dedicated youth and adult mentors along with an accord of allies that support statewide climate action.
Why?
Our mission at Youth Climate Accord is to form a network of youth to achieve statewide climate action.
What?
We are a networking organization that supports climate groups across Indiana while also working to change the hearts and minds of state legislators in a way that promotes climate action.
How?
In addition to regular meetings with elected officials on policy reform, we will continue to promote the actions of other climate groups.
Here at Youth Climate Accord, we’ve been working to mitigate the effects of Climate Change since 2019. Yes, our purpose has evolved over time, but our inspiration is invariable. As youth across the world join forces to demand a green future, YCA pledges to do the same right here in Indiana. Our mission at Youth Climate Accord is to form a network of youth to achieve statewide climate action. In doing this, we hope to change the hearts and the minds of our elected officials, so that we can have the chance for a more sustainable future.
